Our web site creation process includes:

  • an exhaustive keyword analysis to find the most-searched for keywords in your area of expertise (because what YOU think potential clients search for and what they ACTUALLY search for are often quite different);

  • submit your site to all the major search engines, and optimize your pages for local search, so potential clients in your area can find you online;

  • help in designing the specific pages and structure of your writing to maximize follow-up inquiries for appointments, based on the latest principles of marketing and advertising; and

  • specific recommendations for how you can position your site online, once it's completed, to help you get consistent referrals. These include things such as pay-per-click services from major search engines companies, social networking sites and online directory listings.

    • We offer two different tiers of website development services, based on the type of design you want and the budget you have available for the project:

    1. Template-based Design

    where you can choose from over 150 different pre-formatted design templates. This is a less expensive option because most of the site design is completed at the beginning of the project. The fee for a Template-based website is $795.

    2. Custom Design

    If you want to have more input into the look and feel of your site, this is the option for you. You have a tremendous degree of flexibility from which to create your design. You can have the menu buttons anywhere you like, with a wide variety of graphics and color choices. You can also incorporate your own logo if you already have one. And unlike other services which limit the number of pages, you can have as many pages on your site as you like. You can even add audio or video to your site for a more engaging visitor experience. The fee for a Custom Designed website is $2495.

    Note: we do not use any designs that incorporate Flash, because Flash can adversely affect search engine results.

Please note that the fees for Web site development below do NOT include the fees to register your domain name and host it for one year. For these services, we use the service called GoDaddy which costs $10 a year to register a domain name, and between $4.99 - $12.99 per month, depending on the number of pages of your site.

    Create: your own unique look and feel design, while creating an unlimited number of pages. Add a logo, graphics of your choice, and audio or video as well if you like. Includes a maximum of 40 hours of programming time.
